Project Description: In this engagement, Deborah took on responsibility for leading both the on-shore and off-shore integration for the SCA-C project, which was an MDM and Quality Stage-based solution. These were micro-service integration solutions for roughly 100 web services connected to 190 proxy services (REST). Led the offshore and onshore teams, providing guidance and hand-off support between the systems. Played a role in addressing several management issues within the project, including deliverables, change management, decision management, scope management, and using agile techniques to meet aggressive document and code delivery schedules.

Sanofi Aventis – Diabetes Monitoring system using smart glucose meters, cell phones, process management, and business intelligence. The goal was to proactively monitor glucose readings and meter usage, especially for patients at risk for complications.
